presence provider) and software development company, based in Zürich,

commercial web sites, specialising in the book trade
and tourism,
with topical and geographical themes. Advertising
space and non-domain web pages are available on these sites
for only $144 (£90) per year. This price is a fraction of the cost of much
smaller print advertisements. We go to great lengths to ensure
that our sites are listed prominently in all the important
web search engines, notably Google, Yahoo! and MSN.
In addition, we exchange links with other related sites to
enhance targeted traffic flow. Aside from the economies of
scale, the main reason for you to have your advertising home-page
on-line at one of our sites is to host it on a site that generates
large numbers of visits from individuals with a common interest

Technical
Note
Our servers are located in North Carolina and Washington
DC where they are linked directly via multiple
DS-3 fibre optic connectivity (UUNET, SPRINT and CWIX)
to the main communications network of the American east coast,
with high speed access to the Web on separate backbones
for maximum redundancy and load balancing. Network performance
is continuously monitored and IP traffic is automatically
routed down the fastest path using the BGP4 protocol, providing
superfast connectivity to America, Europe and Australasia.
Our customers benefit from industrial strength hardware
such as an OC-12 Alcatel multiplexor (622 megabits per second)
expandable up to OC 192, Bay switches, Cisco 7000 series router,
and multi-processor servers.
Please note that
these computers are dedicated to IPP (hosting) only,
with no bandwidth lost to ISP (web access).
Needless
to say, we guarantee maximum up-time (ca. 99.9%) and diesel power
backup. Hard drive backup is available.
